Key Lime Martini | Printable recipe
Everyone’s favorite pie is irresistible in a glass.
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 cups vodka
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons Rose’s sweetened lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Ice cubes
Key lime slices for garnish, optional
Heat sugar and water, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves, about 3 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
Combine sugar syrup, vodka, lime juice and extract in a large pitcher. Chill until ready to serve or add about 2 cups ice cubes.
Pour into martini glasses, leaving ice in pitcher. Garnish martini glasses with lime slices, if desired.
